During my stay, I really appreciated the close proximity to several beautiful parks like Osborn Recreation Area and the James H. McBride Arboretum, perfect for a weekend stroll to enjoy nature. The staff was friendly and attentive, making breakfast a delightful start to each day.

Our stay was a nightmare from the start. The room was filthy, with black marks on the pillowcases that made me question hygiene. The air conditioner barely worked, leaving us uncomfortable, and the no-smoking room smelled like smoke. The pool area was overrun by loud pre-teens, and breakfast was just plain disappointing. I can't believe we wasted our time here.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the kids loved the outdoor pool bar atmosphere after a long day visiting Cedar Point. The breakfast was fantastic—those waffles were a hit! The room was spacious and perfect for our family.

In my wife’s opinion, the towels could have been more plentiful for families. It felt like we'd need to ask for extras during our visit.

The breakfast was undeniably great, real eggs and everything, not just that powdered stuff. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, they swam until they practically turned into fish.

Loved the close proximity to some wicked good eats like Manny's and Culver's. The friendly staff really helped us feel at home. The indoor pool was a sweet spot to chill after a day at Cedar Point!

However, the place felt a bit shabby. I could hear the great American movie drama unfolding in the next room and the bed sheets could use a serious makeover.

Unfortunately, the bathroom showed signs of neglect, with mold around the edges. The breakfast setup needs an overhaul since numerous food items ran out during peak hours, especially on the first morning when we returned three times only to find everything depleted. Additionally, the noise levels from the pool area were quite disruptive due to rowdy guests, prompting us to leave early for our kids’ sake. The cleanliness of the hallways also left a lot to be desired, along with the musty odors in the rooms.
